Prince’s Secretary.—A former schoolmate of Prince Philip, now a police officer in Kenya, has been appointed his new private secretary. He is Mr James B. V. Orr, aged 39, whose father is an Australian, formerly of Adelaide. Sidney and Melbourne.—London, April 26.
