INDECENT ASSAULT CHARGE

Sequel To Incident On Train (New Zealand Pres; Association) WANGANUI. April 25, Ray Thompson, a clerk, of Wellington, was remanded until Tuesday when he appeared in the Magistrate’s Court at Wanganui on a charge of indecent assault on a female. The charge is a sequel to an incident on the Wellington-Auck-land express on Thursday night, when a young woman in a dazed condition was helped from the train at Ohakune, and a man w’ho had been sitting next to her was arrested.
