BOY ON SCOOTER KILLED
Knocked Down By Bus (New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND, April 23. While riding a scooter along the Great South road at Green Lane at 5.10 p.m. today a boy was knocked down and fatally injured by a bus operated by the Passenger Transport Company. He was: Graeme Lindsay Jones, aged 10, son of Mr and Mrs J- L. Jones, of 163 Great South road, Green Lane. The .boy was rushed to the Green Lane Public Hospital suffering from multiple injuries, but he died within half an hour of the accident.
