Archery SOUTH ISLAND TOURNEY

Intermediate Takes Top Honours (New Zealand Press Association) NELSON, April 22. An intermediate archer, N. Booth, of Dunedin, took top honours in the South Island District Archery Association's fifth annual tournament which ended at Nelson today. Booth won all the intermediate events as well as collecting the R. V. Phillips Cup for the highest individual aggregate of the tournament. Second highest aggregate was attained by another intermediate, W. Beck, of Greymouth. In the Ohio round for the team shoot and in the field round, 18-year-old Neville Booth competed on the same terms as the senior archers and scored the highest total in each event.
