Gene Littler Wins U.S. Tourney
(Rec. 8 p.m.) LAS VEGAS (Nevada), April 21. Gene Littler today won the 40.000 dollar Tournament of Champions for the third successive year, scoring a final 70 for a 72-hole score of 285. Littler, a former United States amateur champion, took the -top prize of 10,000 dollars. He had rounds of 73, 73, 69, and 70.
