(Rec. 11 p.m.) LONDON, April 22. The American Associated Press reported from Cairo this morning the Middle East News Agency as saying from Amman, the capital of Jordan, that Iraqi troops had taken up positions 45 miles away. The agency reported a warning to King Hussein i OI u President Kuwatli of Syria about a possible clash between Syrian and Iraqi troops. . The British United Press said that the agency, without giving any details of the number of troops, claimed that they had moved to Mafriq, 45 miles north-east of Amman and close to the Syrian border.
