Pakistan’s total of 307 against Derbyshire today was a further illustration of their run-getting capacity well down in the batting order. Half the Pakistan side were out for 142, but the later batsmen scored well. Khrlid Waqir made 53, Ikram Elahi 42, Hanif Mohammad 54, Alimuddin 36. and Waqar Hassan 53. Revill took four for 82, and Morgan four for 53. Derbyshire scored 12 runs without loss before stumps.
