Breaches of the traffic regulations were dealt with as follows at a sitting of the Magistrate’s Courts Rangiora, yesterday, before Mr Rex Abernethy, S.M.:— , x Driving without due care and attention: —Albert Benjamin Adams, 40s; Ervin Kalder, 40s. Loading in excess of certificate:— Transport (N.C.), Ltd., 10s (exceeding gross axle load, 305).. Driving with wrong class of licence:—Eric Thomas Allen, 10s. Carrying pillion passenger while learning to drive motor-cycle:— Graham Canmore 4os. Incorrect parking:—Joel Nicholas Reed, 20s. No warrant of fitness:—Gordon Francis Brown, 10s; Ronald Herbert Newton, 15s. Riding cycle at night without light:— Trevor N. Morgan, 20s (no tail light. 10s).
