All fence cuttings must be immediately removed from races. This applies throughout the PAPARUA, SPRINGS. AND WAIMAIRI WATER-RACE SUPPLY AREAS. Failure to adequately clean races by July 31 will result in Legal Action being taken by the Council, and similar action will be taken against persons whose gorse and broom after that date interfere with the Council’s cleaning operations, and any work necessary will be carried out by the Council at penalty rates, without further notice.
