Chamber of Commerce Hall, cnr. Sections 95 and 96 of the Sgu Conservation and Rivers Control Act, 1941, the North Canterbury Catchment Board HEREBY by way of Special Order resolv® to direct that an administrative rate of ONE FORTIETH (l/40th) OF A PENNY IN THE POUND on the Capital Value of all rateable property within the meaning of the Rating Act, 1925- or its equivalent on the Unimproved Value or annual value of all rateable property in the North Canterbury Catchment Board District' as constituted and defined in the New Zealand Gazette No. 19. dat ed the Sth March, 1944, pages 235 and 236, such rate to be levied and collected by the several local bodies within the limits of whose jurisdiction the Catclp £ e nt District ot any part thereof affected by the ra THAT°the foregoing Resolution be submitted to an ordinary meeting of the Board to be held at its Offices, Chamber of Commerce Hall, cnr.
