CHRISTCHURCH LADIES’ CLUB The following players were successful in the quailifying rounds for the Godby bowl, played recently by members of the Christchurch Ladies’ Club:—Miss P. Norton, 81, 76—157; Mrs W. Toomey, 79, 80— 159; Mrs T. Armstrong, 82, 77—159; Miss M. Saunders, 80. 80—160: Miss H. Buchanan, 75, 88—160; Miss Z. Hudson, 79, 81— 160; Mrs E. Watkins, 79, 83—162; Miss E. White-Parsons, 83, 80—163. Miss K. Johnston won the Vernon salver, beating Mrs H. H. Wauchop, 2 up, in the final.
