TALKS IN TEHERAN (N.Z. Press Association—Copyright.) (Rec. 7 p.m.) LONDON, June 23. “Kurdish outlaw forces are besieging five garrison towns in Kurdistan,” says the Teheran correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph.” “There is little doubt that the central Persian Government has ample forces to liberate the towns, but the Army has orders to keep its positions pending talks between the Government and Mohammed Ghazi, the Kurdish Democrat leader, who has left for Teheran. “Meanwhile, General Razmara, the Persian Army commander, has reported to the Cabinet that the situation is grave.”
