CO-OPERATION IN AIR DEFENCE
SYDNEY. June 22. British Air Ministry proposals for Empire co-operation on Air Force matters were outlined by Air Chief Marshal Sir Keith Park when he arrived from New Zealand to-day. He emphasised that the proposals were only tentative and would w serve as a basis of discussion between nimself and the New. Zealand and Australian Governments. The proposals are: (1) Britain to maintain and expand her R.A.F. training establishments, which covered flying training, navigation. the use of radar, bombing, and other branches of Air Force work. (2) Dominion Air Force personnel to attend courses at R.A.F. training establishments. (3) A regular interchange of R.A.F. and Dominion Air Force personnel. (4) The same aircraft to be used by all Empire air forges, the same operation techniques, and the same equipment.
