UNDECLARED WAR ALLEGED RESIGNATION OF GREEK GOVERNOR (Rec. 8.30 p.m.) ATHENS June 22. The Governor-General of the Greek province of West Macedonia, bordering on Jugoslavia (Mr Dalipis) resigned to-day after accusing Marshal Broz in the newspaper N.O.F. oi organising and carrying on an undeclared war against Greece in Macedonia. Left Wing newspapers said that Mr Dalipis resigned after the accusations under the orders of his Govern‘ment. He will, however, retain his seat in the Greek Parliament as Populist* deputy for Florina. Mr Dalipis, according to some observers, merely put into print wnat many Populists and other Wahsts have been saying for weeks past m private conversations. ,
