AZERBAIJAN’S FUTURE
RETURN TO PERSIAN CONTROL AGREEMENT SIGNED IN TABRIZ (Rec. 9.30 p.m.) LONDON, June 13. Azerbaijan's brief spell of independence ended last night when the Persian Government representative (Prince Firouz) and the leader of the Azerbaijan Democrats (Pishevari) signed an agreement at Tabriz returning the province to the central Persian Government.
