CLOTH TO STOP BULLET
DEVELOPMENT IN U.S. (Rec. 9 p.m.) WASHINGTON. June 13. The United States Army has developed a protective cloth for soldiers that will stop a bullet. General J. L. Devers, who made the announcement predicts that the cloth would prevent many casualties,, especially those caused by glancing shell fragments.
