Ir L event ot the issue being oversubscribed, the Directors will endeavour to make allotments pro rata, but so that allotments will, so far as possible, be in multiples of 50 shares and that no allotment wiU be for less than 50 shares. If no allotment is made, the application money wifi be returned in full, and 3 the number ot shares allotted be less than the number applied for. the surplus money will be applied in or towards payment of the amount payable on allotment, and the balance, if any. will be returned to the applicants.
