ELECTRICAL TRAIN EQUIPMENT
N.Z. ORDER PLACED IN BRITAIN (N.Z. Press Association—Copyright) _ t-. LONDON, June 12. The Deputy-Prime Minister of New Zealand (the Rt. Hon W. Nash). after visiting the English Electric Company’s works at Stafford, announced that the New Zealand Government has placed an order with the firm for £1.750.000 electrical railway equipment. Mr Nash said that New Zealand was determined to give every preference to Britain.
