YOUNG MAN FOUND UNCONSCIOUS
DEATH OCCURS SHORTLY AFTERWARDS
Raymond Rose Beal, aged 21, single, 13 Hart street, Woolston, was found about 5.45 p.m. yesterday in an unconscious state, suffering from suspected carbon monoxide poisoning. He was dead when he was admitted to the Christchurch Public Hospital fhortly after. An inquest was opened before the Coroner (Mr H. P. Lawry) at 7.15 p.m. and, after evidence of identification had been given by a brother. Alfred Edwin Beat was adjourned sine die.
