The match was drawn Warwick, first innings, 100 (Phillipson, six for 30); second innings, 232 (Ord 67. Taylor 66). Lancashire, first innings, 292 (Ikin 72, Washbrook 71, Fantham. five for 58); second innings, one for 41 Lancashire won by nine wickets. Cambridge, first innings, 285 (Willatt 112, Robins seven for 71); second innings, 163 (Willatt 85; Robins, four for 23) Middlesex, first innings, 408 (Compton 202, Edrich 72); second innings two wickets for 41. Middlesex won by eight wickets.
