MOVEMENT IN GERMANY

BRITISH ARREST 35 LEADERS LONDON, June 5. British security police have smashed a new type of German underground movement and arrested 35 of the leaders, mostly former members of the Hitler Youth, aged from 18 to 21. says a message from Herford. The movement, which is called Rana (Radical Nationalists), was formed to act against the British occupation forces and cause unrest among the population. It also tried to undermine youth movements approved by the Military Government. All the 35 leaders were charged before a military :ourt at Luneberg with forming an underground movement. One admitted the existence of considerable quantities of arms and explosives. Because of the serious nature of the case it has been referred to a higher court.
