A spokesman for Senor Jose Giral's Spanish Republican Government in exile, denied a report m the “Journal de Biarritz” describing conversations between the Republican Government and representatives of the Franco Government. The Paris radio denied reports of a meetimr near the Spanish frontier. Official Spanish circles said, however that possibilities of contact between persons of secondary rank were not excluded.
