William Forsyth Claxton, aged 67 , retired insurance agent, of Madr.l street, St. Albans, collapsed in a how about 5.40 p.m. yesterday. The ambu. lance was called to take him to th. Christchurch Public Hospital an# when it arrived at the hospital he wa. found to be dead. An inquest will n* opened at 9 o’clock this morning, "
