Railway Line Blocked.— A rock weighing several tons crashed on the Gisborne-Wairoa railway on Wednesday night, buckling the line and delaying the resumption of the normal service. The slip at Paritu was cleared late on Wednesday, ajid a heavy goods train, including freight which had been held up since Monday, arrived in the evening.—(P.A.)
