FOOTPATH WANTED
Sir,—l have to thank you and at the same time explain that a three-foot path is all that is required, and no encroachment on the roadway whatever. The fact is, as the street is narrow and the vehicular traffic increasing. that it is increasingly necessary for pedestrians to keep to the left path and not cross the road unless obliged.—Yours, etc., June 14, 1943.
