As a result of an arrangement with the chain department stores and the grocers and chemists, most stores arc now displaying receptacles for the collection of tubes. The wholesalers have agreed to collect the lubes from the shops and deliver them to the board, but at present the shops prefer to retain their supplies and use them for possible purchasers.
