Lintott, poultry farmer; Thomas Dupre Lance, agricultural contractor: Leslie John Kars, market gardener: Michael Edward Harrow, jam factory hand (Director of National Service): John Colquhon Lowe, foreman (South Island Motors, Ltd.); Arthur Alexander Miller, chief engineer (Cyclone Fence and Gate Company and A. J. Russell); Arthur William Lloyd, woollen mill hand (A. J. C. Russell): Paolo Vincent Luisetti, grain merchant; James McAllister, county clerk, engineer (Ellesmere County Council): Percival Stanley McCormick, gardener (Nazareth House). Other decisions were: N. E. Taylor (1). solicitor, appeal held over; Laurie Ccx, clerk (Prudential Assurance Company), dismissed, not to be called before September 30; Michael C. O’Neill (1), farm hand (Mount Magdala), dismissed; Humber Stephen Norris, petrol waggon driver (Associated Motorists’ Petrol Company), dismissed, not to be called before August 31; John Alexander Hunter, tractor-driver (Goss Timber Company, Ltd., and W ,J. Goodwin), adjourned for review in three months; Richard George Wilce (appeal against overseas service), overseas service postponed until December 31; Lester Roy R. Burn ip (appeal against overseas service), dismissed, further 14 days’ leave recommended: Archibald Sydney Glasson, linen flax worker (Director of National Service), leave to be extended to September 30; Francis lan Lowe, motor-me-chanic (A. C. Harrison and Company), dismissed: Trevor J. McKinnon, (against Air Force Service), farm worker (Mrs D. McLean), adjourned for review in six months.
