Walker on the ground of separation. Mr W. R. Lascelles appeared. The petitioner, a carpenter and former soldier, was married in 1939, and the parties separated the same year. There were no children. A decree nisi granted. Catherine Rose Isabelle Jury (Mr A. W. Brown) stated that she had married Herbert Jury in 1929, and there were four children of the union. They separated in 1938, and had not lived together since. Petitioner was granted a decree nisi, and the interim custody ’of the children. James Brown, who had separated from Ruby Emma Brown (to whom he was married in 1939), was also granted a decree nisi. The parties had not lived together since 1940. Mr F. D, Sargent appeared for petitioner. Lawrence Robert Bruce (Mr E. S. Bowie) was granted a decree nisi in his petition against Phyllis Marjorie Bruce, to whom he was married in 1935. There were two children of tire marriage. The parties separated in 1939. On the same ground Eric George Shipley was granted a decree nisi In his position against Madge Marjorie Shipley. To Mr K. G Archer petitioner stated that he was married in 1927, and there were three children of the marriage. The parties separated in 1938. The same ground was advanced In the suit of Leah Donovan (Mr C. S. Thomas) r -ainst Thomas Clayton Donovan, to whom she was married in 1934. There were five children of the marriage, ail of whom are now in a home. The parties separated in 1940 and 'had not lived together since. A decree nisi was granted. A similar decree was pronounced in the suit of Mabel Schumacher (Mr P. D. Sargent) against William George Schumacher, to whom she was married in 1929 The parties separated in 1940. •
