CHRISTIAN SCIENCE CHURCHES
“Unreality” is the subject in all churches of Christ, Scientist, to-mor-row. The golden text is “Let not him that is deceived trust in vanity; for vanity shall be his recompense.” Among the citations which comprissi the lesson-sermon are the following from the Bible: “And He stood, and blessed all the congregation of Israel with a loud voice, saying, that all the people of the earth may know that the Lord is God, and that there is none else” (1 Kings, 8:55, 80). The lessonsermon also contains the following passage from the Christian Science textbook, “Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures,” by Mary Baker Eddy; “The Scripture declares, ‘The Lord He is God (good); there is none beside Him.’ Even so, harmony is universal, and discord is unreal.”
