BREACHES OF RIGHT-OF-WAY RULE An indication that In future he would be imposing higher fines on motorists who failed to give way to the right, or who failed to signal when drawing from the kerb, was given by Mr E. C. Levvey, S.M., during the hearing of one of these cases in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday. “I thought these types of offence were becoming fewer,” he said, “but I see they are not. I am going to.impose higher fines for them in future.”
