EXCURSION TO GREYMOUTH
Heavy booking is expected for the Christchurch Corsair Club’s excursion on Sunday, October 23, to Greymouth. Special trains will leave at 9.15 a.m. and 9.40 a.m. for the annual trip up the incline to Rewanui. Permission for the visit to the mine premises has been granted, and the excursionists will be conveyed by cable car through tunnel and- .ravines in the heart Of Westland’s most beautiful scenery.
