NEW MUSEUM EXHIBITS

Additions to the Canterbury Museum this week include a large Maori stone adze, found at Hapuku, Kaikoura, and deposited in the museum by Mr W ; H. Vaughan, and a.small greenstone adze found at Jackson's Bay, South Westland, and sent in by Mr R. E. Stace, Papanui. The greenstone adze, which is rather roughly made, is almost exactly similar to eight others which were found there in 1884.
