Why Every Elector Should Vote oil the Licensing Referendum Many New Zealanders are probfebly under the impression that the overwhelming majorities for Continuance have settled the issue. Although undoubtedly that should be the case, the Law requires that the Licensing Referendum must be conducted this year in conjunction with the Parliamentary Elections. I There is the possibility that electors may feel that it is not necessary to record their votes on the issue.
