POUR OFFICIALS CHARGED WITH MURDER

PHILADELPHIA, September 20. Arising from the deaths of four convicts who were found scalded to death in the isolation cells of • county prison on August 22, the de-puty-warden, the guard captain, anH two guards have been charged with murder.

Five guards have been changed with manslaughter.
