DEPORTATION ORDER AGAINST MR BRIDGES

WASHINGTON, September 20,
Mr Martin Dies (Chairman of the Congress Judicial Committee) has announced the holding of a hearing in a week’s time on the recent deportation proceedings ‘against Mr Harry Bridges. Miss Frances L. Perkins (Secretary for Labour), and the immigration authorities will be asked to explain the issuing of the order which Mr Bridges ignored. j
