REBELS REPULSED IN SPAIN
loyalists call up more 'men (Received September 20, 10.30 p.m.) LONDON, September 20. The Barcelona correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph" says that the Loyalists vigorously repulsed a resumption of the rebel attacks at Fayon, recapturing lost ground, and taking; 150 .prisoners. .Tens of thousands of men from the class aged 34 have joined the Loyalist colours and begun training to provide ample reserves against General Franco's increased shipments of men and materials from Italy, which indicate the probability of heavier rebel attacks at an early date.
