Correspondents who do not comply With our rules set out in the last column of our Leader Pag£ will excuse us from noticing their letters. "Elector."—The Electoral Amendment Act, 1937. provides that "The House of Representatives, as existing on the passing of this act, and every House of Representatives hereafter elected, shall, unless the General Assembly is sooner dissolved, continue for a period of three years, computed from the day fixed for the return of the writs issued for the General Election of members of that House of Representatives, and no longer."
