MEXICAN PRELATE RELEASED
♦ FINE FOR VIOLATION OF RELIGIOUS LAAVLS (Received March 10, 7 p.m.) MEXICO CITY. March 8. After being held incommunicado for pearly 24 hours Archbishop Diaz has been released after being ordered to pay a fine of 100 pesos for violations of the religious laws by officiating at religious services outside the Federal district. The Archbishop is exhausted.
