BUTTER MARKET
EXPLANATION OF FALL (Received March 10, 7 p.m.) LONDON, March 9. Butter is in quiet demand. The absence of any American enquiry caused a fall in finest Australian and New Zealand to 765. The opinion is expressed in the market that partial control of New Zealand distribution, by preventing exporters from having a free hand, is laigely responsible for the decline.
