+ INTEK-CLLJB RACES Races between members of the Sum- i noT-Rcdclifl's Rowing Club and members of the other clubs who had not competed at regattas, were held on the Avon river on Saturday afternoon. The course, which was the same as that used for the head-of-the-river races, was in good order. The results were:— Fours—First heat: Canterbury No. 2 beat Sumner-Redcliffs No. 2, by two lengths. Second heat: Union beat Avon by three-quarters of a length. Third heat: Canterbury No. 1 beat Sumner-Redclifls No. I by two lengths and a half. Semi-final: Canterbury No. 1 beat Union by three-quarters of a length. Final—Canterbury No. 2 will row Canterbury No. 1 this evening. Double Sculls—First heat: Union beat Avon. Second heat: Canterbury beat Sumner-Redcliffs No. 2 by a length and a half. Semi-linal— Sumner-Redclifl's No. 1 beat Union by two lengths. Final—Canterbury beat Sumner-Red-cliffs No. 1 by a length and a quarter.
