— — . PLAN FOR COLLECTION (Received March 10, 7 p.m.) LONDON. March 9. The Irish Free State has appointed a commission to collect oral and written folklore, authorising the expenditure of £3250 in five years for this purpose. Collectors will travel through the country with machines, recording stories, songs, and old people's recollections of Irish life, customs and traditions.
