AVIATION ACTIVITY

Mr J. J. Busch, commercial pilot to the Canterbury Aero Club, who flew to Hastings with a passenger on Friday afternoon in the club's Puss Moth, returned to Christchurch yesterday afternoon after a good trip. Mr K. Johnson, of New Zealand Airways, arrived at Wigram Aerodrome from Timaru on Saturday morning in a Puss Moth and left for Ashburton and Dunedin with Mr H. M. Mackay, managing-director of the company.
