MEXICAN PRIMATE ARRESTED
NO KNOWLEDGE OK KATE (Received March 8, ID p.m.) MEXICO CITY, Marcli 7. The private secretary to Archbishop Paseual Diaz, the Roman Catholic Primate of Mexico, announced to-day that the Archbishop was arrested on Thursday while en route to the town of Tlaneplanlla, in the Mexico federal district. The secretary added that he was unable to determine the arclibishop's whereabouts or to Jearn further details.
