JOURNALIST KILLED
MELBOURNE, March 8. Major George Henry Capes, aged 42, a journalist and member of the Melbourne "Herald" staff, was killed by a train near East Camberwell station. Major Capes, who had a brilliant military career, is the second member of the "Herald" literary staff to meet a tragic death within a week.
