GOVERNOR FOR ITALIAN SOMALILAND
NEW APPOINTMENT MADE ROME, March 7. General Graziani has been appointed Governor of Italian Somaliland, replacing Signor Rava, whose work Signor Mussolini praises. General Graziani has already arrived in Somaliland. A thousand members of the Air Force, mostly volunteers, have embarked for Somaliland, indicating that a total of 200 military aeroplanes have been sent there.
