MR ROOSKVHLTS VIEW WASHINGTON, March 0. Commodity price levels are viewed by Mr Roosevelt as insufficiently high in relation to the United States' debt burden, but the President definitely declined to discuss the possibility of a further dollar devaluation as a means of promoting an increase in prices.
