RICCARTON BAND OF HOPE
The opening meeting for the year of the Riccarton United Band of Hope was held in the Town Hall last week, Mr L. Clements presiding. Mrs Lowry addressed the children on the subject, "Be loyal." Items were rendered by the following children:—Piano sloo, Enid Corapton; recitations. May Webb, Elsie Kennard, Dorothy Brown. Lindsay Barnes, June Brown, and Stanley Hawkins.
