DRIVER EXONERATED
INQUEST INTO GIRL'S DEATH (raESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, March 6, At the inquest to-day into the death of Nellie Marguerite AUis, who was killed on February 7, when a motorcycle was struck by a Bell Company bus at Khandallah. evidence was given as to how the collision took place, at the conclusion of which the coroner (Mr Gilbertson) expressed the opinion that the bus driver was not driving recklessly, and had taken proper precautions. He found that the girl died as the result of injuries received. The driver of the motor-cycle was Leslie Charles Allis, brother of the girl.
