PIPER TO PRINCE OF WALES
o LESSONS TO CONTINUE LONDON, March 4. The Prince of Wales has appointed Piper Fletcher of the Scots Guards to St. James's Palace Household. Piper Fletcher will play in the Palace courtyard in the mornings and will also continue the Prince's bagpipe lessons.
