TELEPHONE SERVICE TO JAPAN
OPENING THIS MONTH (BRITISH OFFICIAL WIRELESS.) (Received March 5, 5.5 p.m.) RUGBY, March 4. A direct radio telephone service between Britain and Japan will be inaugurated on March 12, with an exchange of greetings between representatives of the British and Japanese Governments. The service will be open to the public on March 13.
